If you have a lighter tone, make softer strokes and darker tones can go over twice (or thrice) to get a darker red tone. A lovely shade of red tones to give a beautiful offset to make your eyes pop. Use with our new Long and Roux Mascara.

Directions: On clean, dry eyebrows swipe onto brow being very careful to not get it directly into the eyes.
Caution: Do not get into eyes. If it gets in eyes, flush with cool water immediately and pat dry. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
