Yes. Our products are vegan, Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free to be never tested on animals, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or mineral oil. We follow strict safety screening and align with EU-level standards for ingredient selection.

They’re fragrance-smart and barrier-friendly. Start with a patch test on the jawline, apply with light pressure, and build slowly. If irritation occurs, discontinue and consult your doctor or dermatologist.

Match in daylight along the jaw, not the wrist. Read your undertone (fair, medium, neutral, cool or warm tones) and choose the shade that “disappears” at the edges. Between two options? Pick the lighter one and add warmth with cheek or lip.

For Makeup: For all brands you use, Creams/sticks are typically 12M; mascaras and glosses about 6-8M. Keep caps tight, store cool and dry, and avoid pumping air into mascara. Because you are using mascara near your eyes, change out mascara more often to avoid any issues and keep it clean.

For Skincare: Most of our skincare has a 2 year shelf life if used properly. Store it out of direct sun and heat, keep it cool in hot summer months and store it with lid secure and protection lids on to keep moisture inside.

*NEVER add water to your skincare or makeup! Adding water can introduce mold, yeast and bacteria growth by disrupting the preservative structure. Formulas are carefully balanced for pH and preserved to keep them fresh.

New/unused items are refunded to the original method; lightly tested items may be eligible for store credit. Final-sale items aren’t returnable if noted.

There’s a short window (about 60 minutes) after purchase—contact us immediately at skinroux@gmail.com. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can use the returns process.
